Visiting us

Customer visits us and inspection after we made the quaotion, we offer the custom solution to decide the order

Installation and Commission

After we delivered the shipment, our Engineer fly to the Customer’s workshop to install and commission the machine successfully.

Pre-Sales Service (Quotation-Visiting-Solutions)

Jadestone Machine is a professional expert on Metal sheet machinery manufacturing for 10 more years.

we have a group of excellent engineers and technicians in the industry who are in charge of R&D, design, and technical support. we also have a professional sales team at your service.

After receiving the customer’s inquiry, we will prepare a quotation, drawing; and get a reply for the counteroffer and plant visiting schedule, and Our engineer teams will prepare all the cutting and bending custom solutions for different customer profiles.

Service during Sales  (Invoice-Payment-Processing)

The final Model or and technical data will be confirmed by both parties before an order.

A Proforma Invoice (contract) is made with details for final signature and for the customer to effect the payment.

Production Line schedule the material, starting the mass production as per Contract. and quality Dept will be responsible for each progress.

After the cargo is finished, we will arrange the machine in the standard package and send a shipping notice to the customer. Also, pictures and videos are provided.

After-sales Service (Installation-Commission-Training)

Foundation drawing will be sent in advance to prepare sufficient electric power at the customer’s workshop. 

Shipments dispatch to customer’s workshop (Product Finish-testing-dispatch-Custom-Sea Voyage).

RE: Installation-Commission-Training

We start to arrange installation and commissioning which mainly includes plant layout design, assembling and installation, machine running, and local Team training.

Cost: Normally we send 2 technicians to come(one for machine installation and running, one for electrical engineering), customers provide round-air tickets, local transportation, board, and lodging.

Quality Assurance

Normally we guarantee the machine quality 12 months and provide whole life service since the finishing date of installation.

During the warranty period, we will replace the parts for repairing and maintenance for free due to the quality problems. If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations of the customer, the customer should be responsible for all the costs.

Besides, we provide 24 hours hotline for customer complaints. our service personal will forward customer’s complaints to the company and give customers the best solution ASAP
